Hello, hello!

For the first time in a very long time, I felt a sense of clarity and relief come over me when I woke up this morning. Since I had been so stressed with college, I just now realized Christmas is in 5 days! Since I am trying to get myself in the Christmas spirit, I gave my blog a complete makeover, along with a new URL, a new theme that I tweaked to be more Christmasy, a small playlist of Christmas music, and, wait for it, it's snowing on my blog. Let me know what you think!

For the record, my next few posts are going to be bombarded with holiday pixels, so I hope you guys are just as excited for Christmas as I am.

I survived my finals!

Hey guys! 👋 😄

Sorry for being inactive and taking so long to reply to you guys! I've been busy with school, but I made it through my first semester at NSU! I'm pretty mad at myself for not doing as well as I could have, but I walked away from finals with my 3.5 GPA still intact.

I never thought I would say this, but I've never been happier to be back home in Center. After finals were over, I was all like "What do I do with my life?"

Unfortunately, I'm still in that "What do I do with my life now?" mode. 😭

This weekend (it's Thursday, but it feels like a Friday so I'm considering today the start of my month-long weekend), I'm planning on going to youth group for the first time since August  ✊ 😭, going to Christmas with my Dad's side of the family on Saturday, then I'm going to read Chelsea Chelsea Bang Bang, which I bought a few days ago. I'm only on the 2nd chapter, but so far the book is very politically incorrect and hilarious. I'll do a review on it when I'm done reading.

Dead Week/Christmas Cheer?

Hey guys!

I don't really have much to say, but I came back to Natchitoches yesterday and decorated my dorm in anticipation for Christmas! This will be my first December away from home, so I'm quite proud of myself. :D

Oh, and Dead Week is this week.

By the way, does my music player work? It worked at home but now that I'm in my dorm it won't play. 😭

EDIT: Next week is dead week. *facepalm*
